First Time or Visiting?
WHAT TO EXPECT
We specialize in working with all levels. The students you see performing beginner or advanced skills have all gone through the same process. It is because of how we teach our beginners that we are able to take them to these levels. If your goal is a freestanding handstand, or to be free of back pain, we can make this possible.
If you are eager to start, we highly recommend our Movement Session. Those looking for more of an introduction, our Movement 101 is a great insight into our practice.
WHAT TO BRING
We recommend wearing long pants and a comfortable T-shirt. Clean, indoor shoos are optional, as most of us train barefoot. A notebook and pen are essential for tracking your progress. Please no glass water-bottles.
IF MOVEMENT IS NEW TO YOU
Our classes are built to be accessible for new students because our senior students are in it as well.
Still not sure? Our introductory seminar, Movement 101, is a comprehensive way to begin your journey, however it is not required to start with us. Held on the first Saturday of every month, 1:30-3:30pm.
This class will cover the fundamentals of:
Mobility and Flexibility
Spine health and injury prevention
Email us to register.
IF YOU’RE VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN
You must complete two private sessions before joining our group class. This gives you and our students a much better experience, allowing you to gain the most out of your time with us. Please email us ahead of your trip to confirm your dates and rate information.
If you plan on coming for more than a few days, check out our Weekly Pass options.
Want to try one class? $25 for our 60 minute classes / $40 for our 2 hour classes.
As well as group classes our teachers offer private training. If you are interested in further information please email us.
We will teach anyone who walks through our doors, as long as you are ready and willing to learn.
